OCEAN STUDIES

JP's Ocean Studies embody the sea's strength and beauty. Having lived on both sides of the Pacific, Honolulu and Seattle, JP constantly draws inspiration from the water. Ocean Studies began in JP's early years as a college student, trying to capture the movement of waves by way of molten glass. The sub-series grew from the first form, Wave, to now seven different water studies, each showcasing JP's relentless pursuit of pushing his conceptual and technical capabilities in glass.
